I wrote a piece for Mamamia.com about if it is possible to be happy and single, inspired by a conversation with my Yiayia (my Greek grandmother). An additional plus was doing a short talk on ABC Radio Adelaide this afternoon about this underlying mentality that still exists that says: sure you can be happy and single but it’s not real happiness.

When I’m not singlehandedly saving the world (why are you laughing?) I also like to write about less imperative topics like how difficult it is keeping yourself alive when you’re cooking for one.

It’s not all FM radios and circumnavigational island travel here in Buala; sometimes people call me fat to my face.
