Claire is an experienced and professional facilitator, project manager and technical writer. She has 18+ years’ experience working on a range of projects across international and local contexts. Claire’s work is collaborative, intersectional and committed to social justice and human rights.

Claire has managed projects in the areas of health promotion, training and development, inclusive and intersectional practice, gambling-related harm, community legal education, positive bystander intervention, gender equity, and gendered violence prevention, early intervention and response. She has worked with a wide range of target audiences, including gender equity and prevention practitioners, workplaces, health, community and local government workforces, faith and community leaders, and newly arrived communities.

She has been engaged by leading national and Victorian gender equity, primary prevention and health organisations to support strategic planning, governance, policy translation, workforce development, program design, monitoring and evaluation, and training and resource development.
